1. How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 2 business days and delivered within 7–10 business days, depending on your location.

2. Can I return a product if I don’t like it?
Yes, we offer a 7-day refund policy if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and a video is taken at the time of unboxing.

3. How do I request a refund?
Simply email us at support@kaarigarleather.com with your order details and the unboxing video. Once approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

4. Do you offer product exchanges?
Currently, we process refunds only. If you’d like another product, you can place a new order after your refund is approved.

5. Are your products made of genuine leather?
Yes, all our products—belts, wallets, shoes, jackets, sandals, loafers, and bags—are crafted from premium, genuine leather.

6. Do you ship internationally?
At present, we deliver only within India. International shipping will be introduced soon.
