• We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of delivery.

• To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

• A clear unboxing video is required at the time of opening the package. This helps us verify any damages or discrepancies.

• Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note: Products that show signs of use, wear, or damage without an unboxing video will not be eligible for a refund.
